Got Questions? We have answers! We are busy planning a great event so we can’t get to emails and calls as quickly as we would like, so here is the fastest way to get your questions answered:

Is Dino Stroll Indoors or Outdoors?

Dino Stroll is an indoor walk-thru event.

Do I Purchase Tickets Online Or At The Event?

Tickets are sold in advance and online only.  There will not be admission tickets sold at the event.

Where Can I Purchase Tickets?

Tickets are available on this website but choosing your event location. You will then be directed to the specific link to purchase tickets for your selected city.

Will Credit Cards Be Accepted?

You bet!  We will accept all major credit cards. 
Note:  There will be a small convenience fee per credit card charge so we recommend bringing cash!

Will there be an ATM on-site?

Majority of the venues do have at least one ATM on-site, but to confirm or for any specific venue questions, please refer to venue’s website.

Where Do I Park?

Please refer to the venue’s website for specifics on venue parking or nearby parking options.

How Long Will Dino Stroll Be In My City?

Dino Stroll is touring North America and stops for one weekend in each scheduled tour city.

How Long Does The Stroll Take?

Guests will walk-thru at their own pace. There are many things to see and photograph, so the time it takes someone to go through, is estimated on the pace they move. We just ask that guests respect this knowing that they must continue moving along to keep the flow going. Also, if you stay by a dinosaur too long, you take the risk of making them hungry.

What If I Am Running Late For My Scheduled Time Slot?

Each ticket will include a date and scheduled time for entry. Please arrive as close as possible to the time printed on your ticket. Late arrivals will be accommodated up to 15 minutes past your entry time. We cannot guarantee late entry beyond 15 minutes for the last scheduled entry time each event day.

Are The Dino Stroll Activities Included In My Tickets?

No, the Children’s activities, rides and attractions that are set up throughout the stroll are available for an additional fee at the event.  Tickets to participate in these activities are sold onsite only at the event ticket booth near the children’s Dino Stroll activities.  Participation in all activities, rides and attractions are done at your own risk.

Do I Need To Print My Tickets?

Printed tickets or showing tickets on your phone are both accepted.

I am in the military, do my guests also get in free?

Active military personnel and veterans receive free admission. No advance registration is required for that individual, but their guests must purchase advance tickets online.

My Child Is 2 years old, will they need a ticket?

Yes, if your child is 2 years old or above, they will require a ticket.  If your child is 23 months or younger, they will be admitted for free.  No advance registration will be required for anyone 23 months or younger, however their guests must purchase advance tickets online.

Will there be food there?

Absolutely food will be available to purchase.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Sorry, no. There are state laws that regulate outside food and drinks from entering licensed festival areas. We will provide plenty of opportunities to try great food and drink while you’re here!

What Else Do I Need To Know Before Attending?

  • No entrance for anyone showing signs of intoxication – NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • All bags & backpacks are subject to search
  • No outside beverages or food permitted

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, no pets are allowed, with exception to our pet dinosaurs only.

How Long Is Dino Stroll Open Each Day?

Dino Stroll is a weekend event open on Saturday’s and Sunday’s:

Event dates/times:

Saturday – 10:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.  (5:00 p.m. last ticketed entry time)

Sunday – 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  (4:00 p.m. last ticketed entry time)

NOTE: Dino Stroll exhibits, and activities close at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and 5:30 p.m. on Sunday.  Ticket holders must attend the event during their scheduled time slot on their scheduled day.

Are Strollers and Wagons Permitted?

Yes, both strollers and wagons are permitted.

Is The Event Handicap Accessible?

The venues are handicap accessible.  For specifics inquiries, please refer to the venue’s website for more information.

What happens to my tickets if the event is cancelled or postponed?

If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund back to the credit card of your initial purchase.

If the event date is postponed, your tickets will automatically transfer to the new event date. If a cancellation or postponement happens, you will be notified directly from the ticketing company with details on the process for both. This exclusively applies to show cancellations or postponements and does not cover any other reasons why you may not be able to attend the event or requests to change the date or time of your visit.

Are tickets refundable or exchangeable?

All ticket sales are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.  However, there is refund ticket protection offered through our online ticketing system at the time of your initial purchase. This refund protection allows you to apply for a full refund on your order should you be unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances such as covered illness, injury, travel trouble and other unexpected events.  Full details can be found in the terms during check out when purchasing tickets. The option to buy this ticket protection is offered during initial purchase only and the costs are automatically calculated based on the tickets in your order.

Are masks required to be worn during the event?

In each location on our tour we will be following the venue policy on masks.  Please check the venue website to review their policies, including face coverings and entry requirements.

Are they any health and safety precautions in place?

Our timed entry for each event is designed to facilitate social distancing.

Tickets are available online and in advance for each event to provide a contactless entry process.  Guests can simply show their ticket on their phones or printed ticket to be scanned in for entry.

In each location on our tour we will be following the venue policy on masks.  Please check the venue website to review their policies, including face coverings and entry requirements.

Frequent sanitation measures including cleaning and wiping down contact surfaces are performed throughout each day.

Self-wellness checks are encouraged.  Guest should evaluate their own risks in determining whether to attend.  By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other contagious diseases.
