We are working hard planning a great event so we can’t always get to emails and calls as quickly as we would like. Here is the fastest way to get your questions answered
Do I Purchase Tickets Online Or At The event?
Tickets are sold in advance on this website only. There will not be admission tickets available at the event.
Where Do I Purchase Tickets?
Tickets are available here on this website. Just click upcoming events, click the link for the city you want to attend and click the Buy Ticket Now button.
Are The Dino & Dragon Stroll Activities Included In My Ticket?
No, the Children’s activities, rides and attractions that are set up throughout the stroll are available for an additional fee at the event. Tickets to participate in these activities are sold onsite only at the event ticket booth near the children’s Dino & Dragon Stroll activities. Participation in all activities, rides and attractions are done at your own risk. These themed rides may include, but not limited to, bounce house inflatables, Dinosaur Scooters, Walking Dinosaur Rides, Stationary rides that give the opportunity to climb on a dinosaur to experience what it would be like to ride on one, and T-Rex ATV’s that children can ride along on a track circling a T-Rex. However, children can participate in Story time and the Dinosaur and Dragon Craft Creations Station for various hands-on crafts as part of their admission.
Are Tickets Refundable or Exchangeable?
All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but you can use our ticket swap system to change your date and time if you like. To switch your tickets to a different date or time, log into www.MaingateTickets.com using the email and password you created at checkout. From there, you will need to select the new day and time from the drop down menu. (You may need to scroll right if you are using a smaller device). You can then resend the ticket to yourself and you are all set!
Is Dino & Dragon Stroll Outdoors?
This depends on the venue. Dino & Dragon Stroll is primarily an indoor walk-thru event. However, some venues may not have the ceiling space or floor space to showcase some of our MASSIVE dinosaurs, so in those cities you may find some items outside.
How Long Will Dino & Dragon Stroll Be In My City?
Dino & Dragon Stroll is touring North America and stops for one weekend in each scheduled tour city.
How Long Does The Stroll Take?
Guests will walk-thru at their own pace. There are many things to see and photograph, so the time it takes someone to go through, is estimated on the pace they move. We just ask that guests respect this knowing that they must continue moving along to keep the flow going. Also, if you stay by a dinosaur too long, you take the risk of making them hungry.
What If I Am Running Late For My Scheduled Time Slot?
Each ticket will include a date and scheduled time for entry. Please arrive as close as possible to the time printed on your ticket. Late arrivals will be accommodated up to 15 minutes past your entry time. We cannot guarantee late entry beyond 15 minutes for the last scheduled entry time each event day.
Do I Need To Print My Tickets?
No. You do not have to print your tickets. You can show the ticket right from your device however, you can bring a printed ticket if you'd like.
I can't Find My Tickets. What Do I Do?
You can go to MainGateTickets.com and log in using the email and password you created at checkout. From there you can resend the ticket email to the same email address on file or to a different one.
I Am In The Military. Do My Guests Also Get In Free?
Active military personnel and veterans receive free admission. Service fees will apply. Military and veteran’s admission is free for that individual only, and their guests must purchase advance tickets online. Registration is required and available through the online ticketing site.
My Child is 2 Years Old. Will They Need A Ticket?
Yes, if your child is 2 years old or above, they will require a ticket. If your child is under 2, their admission is free, and service fees will apply. Children under 2 are free for that individual only, and their guests must purchase advance tickets online.
Are there any size restrictions for the rides?
Riders must be under 65lbs and over 36" unless accompanied by an adult.
I bought a photo from the interactive photo booth. When should I expect to get my photo?
Expect your photo within 48-72 hours.
Will Credit Cards Be Accepted?
You bet! We will accept all major credit cards. Note: There will be a small convenience fee per credit card charge so we recommend bringing cash!
Will There Be an ATM Onsite?
The majority of the venues do have at least one ATM on-site, but to confirm or for any specific venue questions, please refer to venue’s website.
Where Do I Park?
Please refer to the venue’s website for specifics on venue parking or nearby parking options.
What Is The Sensory Friendly Session?
This session will be an experience in a sensory modified setting with sound and light adjustments designed to be less stimulating and overwhelming for those that have sensory sensitivities.
Will There Be Food Available?
Food and drink options are handled through the venue and there should be various options available.
Can I Bring My Own Food and Drink?
Sorry, no. There are state laws that regulate outside food and drinks from entering licensed festival areas. The venue should have food and drink options available for purchase.
Can I Bring My Pet?
Sorry, no pets are allowed, with exception to our pet dinosaurs only.
Are Strollers and Wagons Allowed?
Yes, both strollers and wagons are permitted.
Is The Event Handicap Accessible?
The venues are handicap accessible. For specifics inquiries, please refer to the venue’s website for more information.
What Happens To My Tickets If The Event Is Cancelled Or Postponed?
If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund back to the credit card of your initial purchase. If the event date is postponed, your tickets will be honored at the new event date. This exclusively applies to show cancellations or postponements and does not cover any other reasons why you may not be able to attend the event.
Are There Any Health and Safety Precautions In Place?
Our timed entry for each event is designed to facilitate social distancing. Tickets are available online and in advance for each event to provide a contactless entry process. Guests can simply show their ticket on their phones or printed ticket to be scanned in for entry. In each location on our tour we will be following the venue policy on masks. Please check the venue website to review their policies, including face coverings and entry requirements. Frequent sanitation measures including cleaning and wiping down contact surfaces are performed throughout each day. Self-wellness checks are encouraged. Guest should evaluate their own risks in determining whether to attend. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and other contagious diseases.
What are the mask or test requirements?
Dino and Dragon Stroll uses the State and Local guidelines for masks and Covid tests. Please reach out to the specific venue as they will likely know what those local guidelines are.
